EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

I’m a total beginner. Will I be able to keep up?

All classes are mixed levels. You’ll get options to make exercises harder or easier, so you’ll always feel challenged but never left behind.

What if I lose motivation halfway?

We get it, motivation fades. That’s why this is a structured 6-week program with check-ins, community support, and weekly challenges to keep you accountable. You won’t be doing this alone.

Will i see results AFTER THE 6 WEEKS?

You get out what you put in. With the goal-setting workshop, check-ins at Week 0, 3, and 6, plus the final photoshoot, you’ll track your progress and celebrate your wins. The more consistent and committed you are, the stronger, more confident and energised you’ll feel, inside and out.

Do I have to do the photoshoot?

No one is forced to step in front of the camera. It’s about celebrating your effort, growth and confidence. If you choose not to, that’s totally fine.

Can I join the nutrition bundle later?

The nutrition bundle is optional and must be signed up for before the challenge starts. This way you get the full benefit of weekly guidance and support from Mon.

What if I miss a check-in?

Check-ins are designed to track progress and accountability. If you miss one, you can catch up, but the sooner you do it, the better for your results.

What if I can’t attend the Mindset + Goal Setting Zoom?

We’ll provide a recording so you won’t miss the strategies, exercises, and goal-setting tools you need to start strong.

How do I book classes?

All bookings are through the Momence app, everything is explained in detail in your Welcome guide.
