Not at all! Our classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced. If youβre new, we will cater to your current fitness level.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely. Grippy socks MUST be worn in reformer classes for stability and hygiene, we have them available for purchase at the studio if needed.

Classes are 50 minutes long.

Yes, but we recommend starting with a private session with our Exercise Physiologist, Sommer to assess your needs and ensure modifications are in place.
Pilates is excellent for rehabilitation, and our instructors are experienced in working with clients with injuries. -
