Meet Sommer
Founder of All Seasons Club and an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist.
From a young age, I’ve explored everything from CrossFit and rugby to Pilates and pole dancing, discovering that exercise is more than just fitness, it’s a tool for resilience, health and strength in every season of life.
As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, my focus is on real results. Pilates isn’t just about physical strength; it’s about building discipline, confidence and lasting change. True transformation happens when you commit and consistently show up for yourself.
I created All Seasons Club to help you break through limits, build strong habits and create a foundation for lifelong strength—inside and outside the studio.
