MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO
Hey, I'm SOMMER!
Founder of All Seasons Club, Exercise Physiologist, Pilates instructor and the reason your glutes are probably going to hate me (in the best way).
After 8 years of coaching and a lifelong obsession with movement, I know one thing for sure: discipline and consistency beat motivation every time.
I built ASC for people who want to feel strong and capable in every season of life — whether you’re training in the studio, rolling out your mat at home, or squeezing in a session while the kids nap.
I’m not here to promise quick fixes or sugarcoat the work. I’m here to teach you how to move well, train smart, and stick with it so you actually feel the results in your body and your confidence.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me at the gym, out for a run, spending time outdoors or hunting down hot chippies — balance, right?
